We independently tested our Level III rifle-rated rigid armor plates by NIJ protocol 0101.06. made with a multi-curve profile to offer an armor system that fits comfortably and ergonomically and is meant to be worn against your body all day. 

It was tested at muzzle velocities corresponding to the rated ammunition this armor system will defeat, as indicated in the "threat profile" table below. The UTA Level III Armor is designed to be a robust, stand-alone armor system using the best grade of 90 layers of ballistic materials, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), bonded with a 6mm SiC (ceramic) chip. This armor's standard 10X12" size allows it to fit inside most plate carriers available on the market.

Independently verified to meet Level III multi-hit capability and NIJ protocol 0101.06.
