Our rigid armor plates are developed with a multi-curve profile to create an ergonomic and cozy armor system that you can wear against your body all day. (when used with low weight to lessen fatigue) Handgun UTA Modern Trauma Mitigation Base technology is integrated into Rated Body Armor to reduce impact energy significantly.

It was tested at muzzle velocities corresponding to the rated ammunition this armor system will defeat, as indicated in the "threat profile" table below. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), the best ballistic material available, is used in the engineering of UTA. This armor's standard 10X12" Size allows it to fit inside most plate carriers available on the market.
