Our Level III rifle-rated rigid armor plates have undergone independent testing by NIJ protocol 0101.06. These plates are thoughtfully designed with a multi-curve profile to provide an ergonomic and comfortable armor system that can be worn against your body all day.

These plates have been tested at various muzzle velocities, which are detailed in the 'threat profile' table provided below. This table describes the types of ammunition that our armor system is rated to defeat.

Our UTA Level III Armor is engineered using the highest grade ballistic materials, specifically ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). To enhance their protective capabilities, these materials are bound with 6mm SiC (ceramic) chips. This combination results in a complex stand-alone armor system that provides excellent protection.

Furthermore, these plates adhere to a standard size of 10X12 inches, ensuring compatibility with most available plate carriers. This versatility allows users to insert the plates into their chosen carrier for protection easily.
